Guardians of the Galaxy

I would say Guardians of the galaxy is an amazing movie and with no fear, I’d affirm that it’s the best superhero movie I have ever seen. Directed by James Gunn and produced by Marvel the film was released in 2014.

The plot is kick-started with the protagonist, Peter Quill, or also called Star-Lord, stealing a metal orb, which is also looked after by Ronan, who’s the bad one. Ones Peter runs away with the orb an adventure starts with four other galaxy fugitives, Gamora, Ronan’s top assassin; a talking racoon named Rocket who is in love with guns and his fellow Groot, a walking tree and Drax, another assassin.  

Being honest, I can’t say anything bad about the film, the special effects where awesome, the action scenes are perfectly matched up with some comedy wich makes it a very funny movie. Finally they have made an awesome album called “Awesome mix vol.1”.

I recommend the film to everybody over the age of 10 and it’s a must see for all the action addicts.  

Jumanji: welcome to the jungle review

“Jumanji: welcome to the jungle” is an American film directed by Jake Kasdan. This film is the second installment in the jumanji franchise. It’s an action movie.

The movie it’s about a group of teenagers who find an old computer game called jumanji. They start to play it and they get in the game. In the game they bump into another boy who had been trapped in the game for years. The unique form for escape from the videogame is completing it. They have to work together to try to escape.

The most enjoyable thing about the film are the special effects in the fights, shots and vehicles. The setting is amazing, the jumanji’s jungle seems a real wild jungle.

The only fault I can find is that the storyline is a little bit predictable.

In conclusion, I heartily recommend this film for people who like that type of films with a lot of action. But if you like surprising stories with a lot of twists you probably wouldn’t enjoy the film.

Review of Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi

The Last Jedi, the eighth episode of the Star Wars saga, is a science fiction film directed by Rian Johnson. It is about how Rey becomes Luke Skywalker’s apprentice to guide himself in the ways of the force.

While Rey trains to beat the evil Kylo Ren, in another part of the galaxy the Resistance leaded by the general Leia has managed to contain temporarily the First Order. The resistance will fight with all its strength to survive and to maintain the Jedi legacy.

This film isn’t as amusing as the first ones although it keeps the same thrilling action of always. The most memorable parts of the film are the spaceships battles.

One criticism of the film is that some filling parts are pretty boring. 

All in all, though, this is an essential film for fans of the saga and for people who like space opera films.
