Review of Star Wars: Episode
VIII - The Last Jedi
The Last Jedi, the eighth episode of the Star Wars saga, is a science
fiction film directed by Rian
Johnson. It is about how Rey becomes Luke Skywalker’s apprentice to guide
himself in the ways of the force.
While Rey trains to beat the
evil Kylo Ren, in another part of the galaxy the Resistance leaded by the
general Leia has managed to contain temporarily the First Order. The resistance
will fight with all its strength to survive and to maintain the Jedi legacy.
This film isn’t as amusing
as the first ones although it keeps the same thrilling action of always. The
most memorable parts of the film are the spaceships battles.
One criticism of the film is
that some filling parts are pretty boring.
All in all, though, this is an essential film for fans of the saga and for people who like space opera films.
